We have collated the following resources to help our residents, businesses and partners understand and realise the socio-economic opportunities retrofit brings to South London. The newly published South London Retrofit Roadmap report is available to download in the Reports to Download section below.

The South London Retrofit Skills Opportunity

As part of our development of the South London Retrofit Skills Action Plan (January 2024) we identified the scale of opportunity retrofit brings to South London, the priority trades required to retrofit our 635,000 properties and the 13,000 SMEs central to this delivery.

Retrofit Business Supply Chain Mapping

The South London Partnership commissioned Impact Data Metrics to identify South London businesses by trade and address, identifying hotspots and informing our comms & engagement strategy.

The new South London Retrofit Roadmap Report sets out the priorities for South London, identified through a collaborative Roundtable at the University of Roehampton in May 2024 comprising 50 senior stakeholders.

The additional reports outline the scale of demand needed to retrofit South London and the challenge and opportunity this brings in terms of creating a fully skilled workforce.
