Retrofit Assessor

Retrofit Assessors visit properties and carry out surveys. These surveys are necessary to inform the decisions about which energy efficiency measures should be installed.

Working under the supervision of a Retrofit Coordinator, their work involves assessing the condition, occupancy and significance of the building in line with sector guidance.
